if my tax liability is rs 20,000 minus tds is rs. 15000 = advance tax 5,000 but advance tax pay 10,000 or more and less than 10,000 there is no advance tax liability what will be of rs.5,000 how will treat

Rs. 5,000/- need to be paid on or before filing the return of income and such tax is called as 'self assessment tax'.
