If tax payable is lessthan 10000, whether assessee has to pay advance tax?

Assessee is liable to pay advance tax when Tax payable is greater than Rs.10000/-. i.e. for A.Y.2014-15 if income of Individual is More than Rs.300000/-, then he is liable to pay.
