Addition of other types of businesses in gst

Suppose a person has already registered in gst and want to do other types of businesses which is purely different in the business which he has got registered. Now what to do in gst ???

Two options...
1. Vertical Registration..
2. Branch registration and add the commodity...
First one not good.
2nd is advisable...
