16 May 2014 MY FRIEND HAS BEEN IN 15 MONTH MANAGEMENT TRAINING WITH A COMPANY AS REQUIRED BY ICSI. HE IS BEEN HARASSED MENTALLY, THREATENED TO HIT HIM AND REPORT TO ICSI. HE JOINED THE COMPANY FOR LAST 2 MONTHS ONLY.THE PRINCIPAL USES UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND FOUL LANGUAGE AND THREATENS EVERY TIME BY SAYING "I WILL FIRE YOU AND REPORT TO ICSI" FOR MISBEHAVING.HE IS UNDER TREMENDOUS PRESSURE ALWAYS SCARED.HE BULLIES HIM.PLEASE HELP ME WHAT TO DO.PLEASE REPLY ASAP.

26 May 2014 firstly if u want to complain then u need to have strong and reasonable evidence to prove ur sir guilty ...just disconnect this firm with mutual consent and if possible try to bring in ur parents in this matter.
