Accounting treatment of exchange gain

23 December 2013 I want to know how to account for Exchange gain / loss under FCRA.
Few foreign funding agency has contracted to grant XXXX no of Euro @64.5 but we recd @84 so how to account for this under FCRA- FC-6

Pls help
