A company has paid Rs. 5.00 Lakhs for change of land use for agricultural land to industrial use. The unit already exists on the land. Kindly advise whether the clu charges should be charged to revenue or capitalised under land or building?

The expense should be capitalised.

It should be added to the cost of Land.
