Will it help a semi-qualified candidate ?
Is ICAI doing any thing to convey about
ATC to regulatory/corporate/ business world
How will it add to market value of semiqualifieds
Why is the average salary of semiqualified is equivalents to just Graduates, although a semiqualified/ final student has undergone regorius articles training/syllabus for passing exams..which has certainly enhanced his professional knowledge/skill to act as
an accounts/finance manager.

After introduction of IFRS; you will see professionalism in Accounting World.
Unqualified accountants would not be able to do accounting for corporates.
When sufficient number of ATC will be there; certainly the ICAI would make it compulsory to state whether accounting has been undergone through qualified accountant or not.
They would also be required to sign as an Accountant in addition to signing requirement of Directors.
Just wait for sometime. Regularly update your knowledge by referring ICAI Journal.
Poor salaries are paid due to lack of communication skills.
Many times employer says our work is not so much thereby demoralizing the accountant. Practically the employer cannot move without accounting.
But; unfortunately; accountant just listens the words of proposed employer and accept the terms without arguing that if work is not so as you say; I will not continue.
