Whether Accounting standard-3 will be applicable to Pvt.Ltd co?

The applicability of Accounting Standards to Companies is based on their classification as a "Small and Medium Sized Company (SMC)" or non-SMC which has been defined in the Companies (Accounting Standards) Rules, 2006. If the company in question is a non-SMC then AS-3 is applicable
