18 October 2013 Can a government grant received from gov of kerala be treated as a loan in order to classify the entity as a level 1 enterprise?

18 October 2013 Grant is never considered as loan as grant is given without intent to recover it from the beneficiary and in case loan is to be repaid so both are diff issues.
