Access TDS Desposit under Section 195

23 June 2010 Hi,
Can any one tell me if access tds deposit wrongly under section 195. can we make adjustment of access tds deposit with upcoming tax liability with any section or can we adjust only with same section in which we have wrongly deposit access tds amount.
What is the right treatment.

23 June 2010 You can make adjustment only against deduction of sec 195 in same year.
The next option to you would be to write a letter to TDS AO for refund with details.
