IF BY CHANCE THE TAX AUDIT REPORT IS NOT ACCEPTED BY THE I.T.P. OF THE ASSESSEE, THEN WHETHER ASSESSEE IS LIABLILITY FOR PENALTY U/S 271.? I PRESUME THAT THE LAST DATE OF ACCEPTANCE WILL BE 30TH SEPT., 2013. PL GUIDE ME.
