Dear Sir,
I want to know that if any individual person has income from transport\carrier business then in which head it will be taken.
Also if he was submit different address for PAN card and now he is living at an rental house then which address he should shown in return form.

Dear...
If you are having less then 10 Vehicles during the previous year then you would be taxable u/s 44AE(optional), i.e., under PGBP.
and If having more than 10 vehicles then maintain your books of accounts and pay tax according to that.
About Address, just show that address where presently you are living, there is no problem what address you shown in your PAN card application.
