i have given my C.A.(pe2) exam and completed my graduation this year.
as i have given already 2 attempts of pe2 and given my 3rd attempt in May 2008 and waiting for the result.
Is number of attempts matter in future??
kindly give me the suggestion and help me the concerned.

Of Couse... No of attempts should be your prime concern...
Even though from institute side there is no restriction on no of attempts...
but i would suggest that dont be "Pessimistic" always have a Optimistic view....
Always remember that if ur affords are good then luck is in ur Favour..
