About termination after one year

04 February 2015 Hi! I joined Articleship in August 2013 and I took termination in my first 4 months of articleship due to some problems. Now again I want to take termination. Can anyone please tell me about the provisions relating to termination of articleship after one year. Do I have to give a strong reason to icai for termination or is it simple process ? Please explain in full. Help please. Thanx

only reasons mentioned in this link u can utilize in case if u want to take transfer in 2 or 3 year of training.
