About termination after one year

Hi! I joined Articleship in August 2013 and I took termination in my first 4 months of articleship due to some problems. Now again I want to take termination. Can anyone please tell me about the provisions relating to termination of articleship after one year. Do I have to give a strong reason to icai for termination or is it simple process ?
Please explain in full.
