I have a gift deed on the land sold in 2017 for Rs 2800000. The land in question is purchased in 2011 for Rs 210000. Now what will be LTCG on that land.

2. Indexed cost - 2,10,000 x 272/167 = 3,42,036
3. Sale value - 28,00,000
4. Capital gains - (3) - (2) = 24,57,964
