Can AOC 4 Form revised.

Apply to ROC seeking rectification and request to mark the filed form as 'defective'. The application should accompany an affidavit of the Directors.Thereafter, ROC will mark the form as defective and advise the Company to file the form afresh. Normal and additional fee has to be paid for the said filing.
