I submitted my Income tax return for assessment year 2011-12. As per income tax we should need to send ITRV with in 120 days from the submission of return. I sent ITRV Three times to CPC Bangluru, But when we cheque it's status it says exceed due date. In this case what should we do

If you are lucky CPC may condone the delay as you have sent the ITRV after the permitted date. Please wait. Else if 11-12 was in time, you can go a revised return also.
