Which syllabus is applicable for Nov 2016 exams.? Old one or new one.?

The new syllabus is not yet rolled out. Once the dates are announced by Institute then you will get to know as to when the old syllabus lapses and exactly from when the new syllabus becomes applicable. You need to wait for ICAI to make announcement in this regard shortly.
