A Propritor paid electricity,telephone, and society maintenance charges of his business as well as his house from his business a/c, can he claim same to it there business exp.

yES, HE CAN CLAIM, BUT HE SHOULD HAVE TO CLAIM IN SOME PROPORTIONATE RATIO.
LIKE TELEPHONE EXP IS USED MAINLY FOR BUSINESS - THEN HE CAN CLAIM 80% TO 90% AS BUSINESS , BALANCE FOR PERSONAL.
