07 February 2011 When we have prepare estimated balance sheet (supposed 1.4.2010 to 31.12.2010)(not 31.3.2011)what are the procedure of these estimated balance sheet?
and also is it necessary to charged depreciation on fixed assets?
rply must from anyone exports.

08 February 2011 When we prepare prospective Balance Sheet we show all incomes and expenditures, provisions and depriciations upto that perticular date for which we are preparing Balance sheet. Collect and Use the all vible data available at the time of preparation of Balance sheet. (As at time of preparing actual blance sheet)
