WE ARE EXPORTER & FIRST STAGE DEALER. WE PURCHASE MATERIAL FORM MANUFACTURER AFTER PAYING EXCISE DUTY. HOW TO PROCESS ARE-1 AT A TIME OF EXPORT? CAN WE ELIGIBLE TO DO DIRECT EXPORT?

Yes, you can do the export and get the rebate of duty paid on final product. You can also export the goods without payment of duty.
