24 November 2012 My freind Bablu is an oxygen gas suppliers to hospital . he is fill the gas from a co. the co.is issue a bill with vat.and aslo he is generate bill as same with vat to his debtors . Being asked to you that does the oxygen gas under the exemption in the sales tax rules.and also Does the applicable of this service under the service tax liable.please tell me my query.
