03 November 2011 we are in civil construction company and we consrtruct the building for trust so the trust property exemption for service tax ok but our subconntractor raise the bill and put service tax, i ask the contractor he told iam not working with trust, iam working with u so service tax is applicable. how can i compromise the party pl clarify

03 November 2011 Mr sharma, we have executed construction of building at the premises of Trust, but our sub contractor also work with same premises. so the total educational trust property is 100% excempted. why should we give service tax to the party pl clarify
