22 March 2016 You can file your F.Y. 2014-15 A.Y. 2015-16 return on or before 31.03.2017 with out interest and penalty if your return is below taxable limit after deduction.
but if not then you must have to paid tax,interest and file your IT return before 31st march 2016 bcz after then you can have to pay penalty if dept ask for.

22 March 2016 Thank u very much Sir. my return is below taxability but i have tds refunded amount. there are any objection that i can filed my return after mar 16 of the A.Y. 15-16

23 March 2016 No you will not faced any objection but why you are waiting for march complication you have 8 days to file your return and claim refund.
