IS THERE ANY PROVISION UNDER SECTION 44AE THAT THE INCOME TAX OFFICER CANNOT WANT ANY BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS OR CANNOT SAY TO JUSTIFY THE EXPENSES

no. under 44AE, the AO cannot ask for such documents as no books are required to be maintained. however, details such as bank statement, etc can be asked for.
