Dear sir please tell me if i have 10% income of digital payment & 15% of other mode then any issue create by deptt

You have to declare minimum 6% of your gross turnover or gross receipts on digital payment & min 8% on receipts from other mode. You can declare higher income if u want. There is no issue in declaring higher income but if u want to declare less than minimum presumptive income than u have to audited your accounts from a CA.
