If the assessee claims profits and gains lower than the profits and gains so deemed u/s 44AD and his income exceeds the maximum amount chargeable to tax (assessee gets his accounts audited u/s 44AB). Whether provisions of advance tax applicable to him.

yes. once you get yourself out of 44AD, 234B and 234C become applicable.
