3rd installment of it (individual) whether can be paid twice

26 March 2014 kindly let me know whether advance tax 3rd installment in case of assessee can be paid twice. for example
3rd installment actual adv. tax 25000/-
but paid only 10000/- on 15-3-14. whether the balance 15000/- can be paid before 31-3-14 or whether he has to wait till self assessment tax on filing returns.
