04 October 2013 it is for transfer pricing report containing all data in detail abt international transaction occured in fy under tax audit by the assessee and now also applicable for domestic transaction notified above 5 crores.

05 October 2013 u need to file itr applicable to u no separate disclosure required as the auditor will do that in form 3CEB.

05 October 2013 Ok But In ITR-4 Can we show this as Audit report furnished..??.. And if yes then, my client's books are not audited so how can we show it as an audit report..?.
