3cd query urgent

26 September 2015 I am a CA working in an organisation i have prepared 3cd in excel with all its annexures and requirements and mailed to auditors.
Our auditors has filled all these information as it is in 3cd and just give an observation there that management has given all these operation we have test checked.

My question is it sufficient that client itself prepare tax audit report and auditor just fill it in the form if it is so then what is the need of the auditor organisations can themselves file to the respective department.....

26 September 2015 Make such submissions rigorously to FM Arun Jetley and he will make the suitable amendments in due course of time.

26 September 2015 If any amendment is to be made then it would be when department would see such comments from auditors side that we have just test checked management has given all relevant information....

26 September 2015 Yes, you are right. In addition to that, if a vigilant CA like you informs the FM, it will serve your purpose. This is called s TOP DOWN approach. Let us inform the TOP person first.
