i need urgent help regarding 26 AS, I am as an accountant in a new private Ltd co. I want to register my company for 26 AS i applied online but when i go in TIN FC they told me that they want signature of board of director on application form but it is not possible for us because our board of director not present in India. Now how can i apply for registration? Please help me.........
