I am working pvt ltd., company , the following transaction happend on 5th May 2010 :
Query : my company is seasonal company
due to cash shortage in office ,one of my
director bring the cash Rs.5lakh and deposited in the account , still in the cash account because i stopped not to pay the amount because it attract 269ss
Pl how to handle this situation

such problems can be solved only after taking into consideration all the prevailing facts e.g., status of the company, directors, shareholders, capital base of the company etc. etc.
