240 days for employee confirmation

16 December 2014 Hai experts,

is there is any government order for confirmation of employees in one concern, when he completes his 240 working days in a year., if so, please give me the copy of that government order,or kindly advice me to act.

16 December 2014 The employment is govenred by the agreement between Employer and Employee. Please refer the contract of employment in the concerned case.
Gone are the earlier days where for a FAULT of say EMPLOYER, the benefit of DOUBT used to be granted to EMPLOYEE.

16 December 2014 the ans is no as it depedns on agreement or contract for service between employer and employee

17 December 2014 That was a time old provision set aside by courts in many cases of CONTRACT employment. The thrust, now a days is on the CONTRACT of employment. If you could share the same, I would be in a better position to give any solution.
