04 December 2013 Company has imported software with pre-loaded on hardware weather TDS u/s 194J is applicable on pre-loaded software..And also if there is a Annual Maintanance Contract for software then what is the tax implication.. As per recent amendment royalty include software payment and also include licence but What about AMC for software??
