Hello All,
The rent agreement of my client is only with one person(owner of building) but the payment made to 3 different persons. in aggregate the amount exceeds the 1,80,000/- limit but if we consider separately it does not exceed 1,80,000/-. Whether TDS is deductible on the above amount as the rent agreement consist of only one person and aggregate amount exceed the 1,80,000/- limit

TDS applicable as per agreement.

since it is more then the threshold limit tds is deductible.
