the limit is 180000/-p.a. yes TDS to be deducted....

my case is house given by owner 1 for first 6 month and for last 6 month house given by another owner. rent is @ 25000.00 per month for both case. can we deducted tds of both owners. (the house sell out by owner 1 after first six month)

In that case rent for 1 owner is 150000 which is below then 180000 then no TDS to be deducted
