WE HAVE PAID TO A PVT LTD COMPANY TOWARDS ADVERTISING EXP., Rs.48403/-(each paymnet <30000) in 2011-12 fin year whether tds applicable or not

Since the TOTAL payment exceeds Rs. 30,000, TDS is required to be deducted.

If there is only one bill of Rs. 48403 then TDS will be deducted even if payment is less than Rs.30000.
