can 15G be given to indvidual whom loan has been given or is it only Banking Co.?
also Is individual is liable to deduct tds on interest for F.Y. 2016-17?
turnover of FY 15-16 was more than 1 crore. but turnover in fy 16-17 will be less than 2crore.

02. since FY2015-16, tax audit is applicable : TDS provisions are applicable for FY 2016-17
