23 September 2016 can 15G be given to indvidual whom loan has been given or is it only Banking Co.? also Is individual is liable to deduct tds on interest for F.Y. 2016-17? turnover of FY 15-16 was more than 1 crore. but turnover in fy 16-17 will be less than 2crore.
