Sir after taking 15 g from claint we have to submit to Ito or not? If it is a bank then?

submit it to the bank. Please do not forget to take the acknowledgement. (If you have TAN, you can file online 15G as well)

The person receiving 15G shall furnish the particulars in form 26Q to be filed by them quarterly.
