if an assesse files a wrong return form and receives an intimation from IT department duly corrected by IT deptt itself, whether is it necessary to reply against an intimation u/s 143(1).

No need to reply if the Assessee is satisfied with the Rectification made by the Department.
Non reply shaal be construed as Acceptance.
