07 February 2012 sir,I have complited my CA course.but i not take prior permission of m.com course. i cleared m.com pre. in 2010. after this i not attand m.com final exam.
I am also doing cs course along with ca & m.com.(non collegiates) form 112 filled by me for cs & grant permission.I join cs course in 2010.
so when i deposite membership form then a mail received from kanpur that with condonation fees 1000 take permission of m.com through 112 form. i have not showing cs in form 2 (membership form).
what should i do regarding this matter.
pls. tell me whats are the provision when a student join 2 other course along with ca.is this act cancel my training period.
but both other course are correspondence.
pls. its urgent so give ans. as soon as possible.

07 February 2012 Don't worry the ICAI leave condonation fees(i.e penalty to not getting of permission) at the time of getting of membership you pay such amount no problem arises. One of my senior pays such amount and the ICAI allotted membership to him.

07 February 2012 and i heard that with ca u can do only one other course
but i have done 2 other course so it take any serious effect

07 February 2012 You are paid the Rs.1000 for the response from the ICAI then the ICAI decided to punish with penalty for the mistake so no problem attracts. You are correct only one other course can do along with CA at a time. However ICAI not serious on behalf of the students or members for these type of mistakes it lived penalty don't worry about this problem you will getting your membership very soon god will help you. Don't go negative thinking any way now we can't do any thing just wait for the decision of ICAI. But every thing is favoure to us be in possitive mind always be happy and favour to us.
