17 May 2014 Auditor of Trust register u/s 12A issue audit report 10B can also issue Tax audit report 44AB simultaneous. plz clarify one of my client required tax audit report with 10B report for Bank finance.

17 May 2014 Mr Dilip if Tax Audit is applicable then must issue Tax Audit Report. Otherwise not.

17 May 2014 Trust which registered u/s 12A required tax audit u/s 12A and report are issue in 10B so again required report u/s 44AB or not.
