kindly provide me some sample resolutions for appointing an individual as a legal representative of a Pvt. Co. before court of delhi.

Its urgent plz help.

“RESOLVED THAT Mr. ......, Authorized Representative of the Company be and is hereby authorized to sign all papers, applications, plaints, petitions, vakalatnama, affidavits and all other documents as may be required to be filed in the High Court of Bombay in connection with any legal proceedings by or against the company and to represent the Company in all other matters incidental thereto as may be considered necessary and expedient in the matter of R. Pawar and others Vs........ & others, .........."
