please tell me a maximum amount of deduction US 80C IN FY 2013-14 OR AY 2014-15 ?

No such changes ammendament for f.y 2013-14 it is only Rs.100000.

Limit of 80C remains at Rs. 1,00,000/-
A new section 80EE is introduced for deduction of interest on housing loan with a limit of Rs. 1 lakh
