A company woking as a commision agent in real estate. Can get credit of service tax paid on office telephone and internet bills.

Yes, In My Perception The Credit Should be Allowed.

Yes, in many of the CESTAT decisions, even cell phone charges are allowed for claiming cenvat benefit. As long as your landline is used for the output services, it is allowed.
