19 March 2012 Hello,

One of our client's Auditor has signed the balance sheet for the FY 2011 on 2nd September,2011 & after that he has expired in the month of October 2011.

So now we are doing their XBRL FIling
So at the time of prescrutiny error has been shown as "The membership No.000000(e.g.)is not active." And we have write this query to MCA but they have said to get the clarification from ICAI

so what is the formality we need to complete for XBRL Filing.

The Balance Sheet and Profit and loss account signed by statutory auditor. So i will suggest you to put membership no of auditor which are given in Balance sheet and file the same.

20 March 2012 Yes, you should enter the actual membership number of the auditor.

21 March 2012 Thanks for ur reply,But at the time of pre scrutiny it shows an error that Membership number not found.

Please check whether auditor have filed Form 23B with ROC for the appointment of auditor.
If yes, then do the same and if problum occurred contact to MCA official for the same.
