I am not aware about XBRL filing of financial statements can anybody tell me what is the basic concept and procedure to be followed

The basic concept is to convert the financial statement into specified format using approved Taxonomy. For this the financial figures are to be tagged and XML document is created according to the revised Taxonomy.
After creation of the XML document it is validated and prescrutnised with MCA Tool for validation.
After successful validation and prescrutiny such XML document is to be attached with form 23AC-XBRL and ACA-XBRL and to be uploaded to complete the filing.
