25 December 2011 I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF CERTIFICATION BY PROFESSIONAL IS REQUIRED ON XBRL ATTACHMENTS.IS DIGITALLY SIGNING ON 23AC & ACA BY DIRECTOR & PROFSSIONAL IS THE ONLY CERTIFICATION REQUIRED OR THERE IS MORE TO IT?PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS.

ALSO,I WANTED TO MAKE SURE ABOUT THE COMPLETE PROCESS OF XBRL CONVERSION.FIRST YOU CONVERT IT INTO XML THROUGH THE SOFTWARE,THEN YOU VALIDATE & PRESCRUTINIZE IT THROUGH THE MCA TOOL AND THEN YOU ATTACH IT DIRECTLY TO THE FORMS (IN XBRL FORMAT).PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I AM MISSING ANY STEPS IN BETWEEN IN THE ABOVE PROCESS.
