wrong salary show in form16

my form 16 show the salary wrongly more than 14000 .So in itr which amount of salary is fill form16 or correct salary?. whether refund on exces tds can be claim?

show your actual salary in return and can claim excess tds deducted by filling your income tax return.
you can also approaches to the deductor to revised the tds return by showing correct taxable salary.

in case deductor does not rectify the tds return and i will fill the itr with correct salary then whether income tax send me notice

Show correct salary. In case of a mismatch the department may ask you to furnish details but no need to worry as it is the liability of deductor to furnish correct information in the TDS return.
