Wrong name in ipcc registration letter

31 July 2016 Sir,
My name is Ms. Taguru Lakshmi Gayathri. In my ipcc registration letter the name was printed as Mr. Taguru Lakshmi Gayathir. Can you please provide me the procedure and format of letter to be sent to icai for changing to the correct name.
Please help me out.

31 July 2016 Write a letter to the Decentralized Office stating the error that has been committed from the Institute's end. You may attach copy of your Tenth Marks card to highlight the correct name that should be entered as per ICAI records.

31 July 2016 Can I register for itt and orientation with the registration letter that I have downloaded with a wrong name as I have registered under direct entry scheme to IPCC so that I can start my articles as soon as possible to get the attempt in may 2017. Please suggest me for this. It would be very helpful
